What we did

AI-Research lab, Anthrogen, came ready to make some noise.

They’d just built Odyssey - an AI platform capable of designing new proteins, the molecules that drive all life on earth. Design a new one, and you could cure a disease. Odyssey can design thousands.

Our task: make the world feel the weight of that.

The Challenge

The tech behind Odyssey is invisible - it lives in code and data.

102-billion-parameters to be exact.

So, how do you film a breakthrough that exists entirely in data? Breaking down one of the most complex AI models into something an investor, a journalist, and a scientist could all feel - simultaneously, in under two minutes.

Our Approach

Instead of data, we filled the film with real footage of the natural world - real biology, real organisms.

Both visuals and script drew on a central idea: proteins have been shaping all life on earth for 3.8 billion years. Odyssey is dramatically accelerating that process. Ground the audience in that scale first, and the significance becomes evident - no code needed.

people buy into the impact, not the mechanics.

Ben Corr – Creative Director, Gramafilm

Alongside the natural visuals, we commissioned an original Hans Zimmer-inspired score to set the visionary & emotional stakes before anything else.

Not a tech soundtrack. Something that felt like discovery.

Really appreciate your guys' work in having the launch go as well as it did. Thousands of likes across X and LinkedIn with over a million impressions collectively!

The Result

The launch film became Anthrogen’s key asset for unveiling Odyssey. It helped this ambitious six-person startup stand out, build credibility with investors and scientists, and pave the way for Series A funding and future platform growth.
